Due to sanitary + health reasons, NudeBabe Cosmetics products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Once you order, there are no cancellations or returns.

DAMAGES 

If your shipment is delivered to you in any damaged condition, please notify us immediately via email [support@nudebabecosmetics.com] and include your order # + a photo of the damaged product.

NudeBabe Cosmetics is not responsible for any damages occurred from shipping carrier service. It is up to NudeBabe Cosmetics discretion to determine damage reason & solution based off photos. Damage claims made after 72hrs of confirmed delivered date will not be honored.
