Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Please allow 1-7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. For domestic orders it takes anywhere from 5-8 business days to arrive.

Unfortunately, once the item is sent to the carrier office, shipping is out of our control. If you have any questions or concerns with your order, please reach out to support@nudebabecosmetics.com with your order number in the subject line.

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED OR IN ROUTE to your address by the shipping carrier service after they leave our warehouse.

ORDER TRACKING

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active/update. If you receive your confirmation email after 2 PM EST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available (Exclusive of Holidays).
